LimpKenFin is currently in the interest-collection and development phase. No financial transactions are being processed on this website at this time. The policies below outline the terms that will apply once pre-orders or sales officially begin.
RETURNS
Due to the specialized nature of our products, all future sales will be final. We will not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.
If you eventually receive a product that has a manufacturing defect or issue, please contact us at info@limpkenfin.com with a description of the issue so we can review your options.
CANCELLATIONS
Once sales or pre-orders open, cancellation requests will be accepted only before the shipping label is generated.
All cancellation requests are subject to review by LimpKenFin. We reserve the right to deny a cancellation if the order has already been processed, packed, or handed over to the shipping carrier.
